TWRP for HTC Desire 510 is available for it. This TWRP can format your large 64 GB+ micro SD cards to be 1/2 Exfat and 1/2 F2FS / EXT4 on sd-ext mod. Having TWRP on your HTC Desire 510 will allow you to flash custom firmwares and hacks. With a TWRP it is not possible to flash any custom ROM on it.
TWRP is more like a touch optimized version of CWM a k a clock work mod recovery. TWRP for Desire 510 allows user to use touch screen and SIP to interact with the screen which is otherwise not possible if you flash CWM for HTC Desire 510. You can download it from here.
