QNAP has announced the launch of one of the NAS most powerful in its catalog, the TS-531P five bays notable for the inclusion of a powerful Annapurna Alpine AL-314 quad-core low-power operating at 1.4 GHz low ARM architecture, along with 2 GB of DDR3 RAM (expandable to 8 GB) to ensure optimum performance under any circumstances. The QNAP TS-531P has support for RAID 0,1,5,6 configurations and combinations thereof, with SSD caching support hardware accelerated.
