We can safely presume that there was never a Plan B in existence when the opposition seized power. Vladimir Putin, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Alexander Turchinov, Viktor Yanukovich, Alexander Nekrassov, Ukraine, Russia, Yugoslavia, Soviet Union, Kiev and Odessa.
